Return to the Stage and give the Movie Clip ‘flashlight ll’ the Instance Name ‘light2’. Create a new Layer called ‘Drag Action’ and place it above all other Layers.  Double click the first Keyframe to open the Frame Properties Menu. Select the Actions tab and select the ‘Drag Movie Clip’ action in the + pop-up menu. Select the Target /light2 and Constrain the Drag Action.
Select ‘Lock mouse to centre’.  To prevent the Flash Movie to play any following frames place the Action ‘Stop’. Click ‘OK’ and the Drag Action is ready
